Xalli Beach exceeded our expectations, providing a memorable family vacation. Carlos, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He arranged a playpen for our infant and personally set up a table for our takeout dinner, showcasing his thoughtful hospitality.The hotel offered a range of family-friendly activities. We particularly enjoyed cycling around the scenic surroundings and hiking the nearby volcano with a knowledgeable bilingual guide. It was a fantastic opportunity to bond as a family and immerse ourselves in nature.Our room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff, especially Naldon, were friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was exceptional.Xalli Beach provided a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for families. The attention to detail and personalized service made our stay truly enjoyable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Xalli Beach to families seeking a peaceful and memorable getaway.
